In1999, the Sbrinz trade organisation took over the marketing and the licence from what was known at the time as the Schweizerische Käseunion. In mid-February 2000, the company name was changed to Sbrinz Käse GmbH. The marketing of Sbrinz abroad is carried out in close collaboration with Switzerland Cheese Marketing AG. Other important partners are our trading companies Emmi, Intercheese AG and Lustenberger & Dürst. These three companies are the sole and exclusive agents for Sbrinz in Switzerland and for export.
