Stay in touch with the extra hard cheese

Get your Sbrinz at large retailers as grated cheese in standard packages, as Sbrinz curls or in pre-packed portions of about 250g. Retailers also stock the popular Sbrinz chunks and curls. You may, of course, also buy delicatessen Sbrinz, especially 3+ year old cheese, at well-stocked cheese dairies.
