The alpine cheese dairy of Untertrübsee is located at the foot of the Titlis/Joch Pass above Engelberg. We are a family business with two children and one employee. Every day, we process the fresh alp milk from eight Alpine farms in Trübsee and Arni into various products. Production runs from late May until early October. Feel free to visit at any time: during the summer months, you can have a look at the cheese dairy, and try out and purchase our products. The mountain and valley views are breathtaking and well worth a visit. You can find our cheese specialties in different shops in Engelberg, Nidwalden, Lucerne and Zug, or buy direct from us in Ennetmoos or up on Alp Untertrübsee.
