Ingredients
– 200 g Sbrinz AOP, finely grated
– Coarsely ground pepper
– Baking paper for baking sheet
Preparation
Arrange cheese mixture in rounds about 6 cm in diameter on a prepared baking sheet.
BAKE 4–6 mins in the middle of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, let stand briefly, then place on a rack to cool.
Tip: Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds before baking.
