Mostbröckli carpaccio with Sbrinz AOP chunks

Serves 4
PREPARATION: approx. 15 mins

Ingredients
–  300 g Mostbröckli, thinly sliced
–  50 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
–  1 bunch rucola
–  4 tbsp walnut oil
–  juice of 1 pressed lemon
–  100 g Sbrinz AOP, in chunks
–  freshly grated black pepper

Preparation
Arrange Mostbröckli on plate, and top with walnuts and rucola.
Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice. Garnish with Sbrinz chunks, season.
